Is the information I enter saved?
Yes the information you enter is saved on our server. You have the option of selecting the deletion of your personal information from our database if you wish. However, if you lose your card, you will be administered a higher fee for a replacement.
Will my email address be used for other purposes?
Absolutely not! We detest spam mail as much as you do. Your email is strictly used for our sole purposes. We may contact you if a special promotion or new services to the card are being offered. We respect your privacy and under no circumstances will we give your email address to any third party without your consent
If I make an error while entering my information and I want to make a change how can I do this without losing the data I don’t want changed?
Near the end of the session, you will be prompted to review all of your information. At this point, you will be able to make whatever changes you desire before completing your order.
What type of information can I put on the card?
Absolutely anything you want. In addition to your membership and loyalty cards, we suggest birthdays, special dates, and/or important phone numbers.
Is this site secure?
Absolutely and 100%! Immediately upon entering our site, you are transferred into our 128 bit encryption protected pages. You should notice a "lock" icon displayed on your browser window when you are on a secure site.
There is only room for 5 bar codes? I have more than 5 bar coded cards; can I still add these extra bar coded cards?
Absolutely! To receive the loyalty points or discounts, the retailer typically only needs your membership number. To eliminate confusion at the check-out by having too many bar codes on a single card, we allow you to enter 10 lines of additional text. All you need to do is enter your additional card names and numbers using the lines of text. We simply suggest you enter your 5 most common bar coded cards on the 1st card data entry screen.
What sort of guarantee do you offer?
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee (please view our guarantee on the main page of our site). If you are not satisfied with MyBarCodeCard® for whatever reason within 30 days, we will gladly refund your money upon our receipt of your MyBarCodeCard®.
Can my credit or debit cards be added to my Kard®?
No. We can only help you with loyalty, club and/or membership cards. For for security purposes we do not handle credit cards or banking cards of any type.
How easy is it to obtain my own Kard®?
It's as easy as 3, 2, 1, Go. All you do is gather your current cards and enter the card numbers on our 100% secure web site. After you have confirmed your entries and selected your preferred payment option, we will mail your MyBarCodeCard® to you typically within 4 weeks. It’s that easy!
Will the retailer accept Your Kard®?
There is no valid reason for a retailer to refuse to accept your membership number on Your Kard®. It is the same number they gave to you when you originally signed up for their program. To date, no retailer has ever turned down a Kard®. In fact, many retailers love the idea so much; they are considering selling the card from their locations.
Can I customize my Kard® with a picture of my choice?
Absolutely! We can print picture quality images on Your Kard. The best print quality is based on an image size of 2 in x 2 in (5 cm x 5 cm).
What happens if I lose my Kard?
If you do happen to lose Your Kard, and if we still have your information in our database, we can issue you a replacement card for a reasonable fee. If your data is not in our database, i.e. you have asked to us to remove it, then you will have to purchase a new card. Your actions on the physical loss of the card should be identical to the actions you would take if you lost your wallet with the individual cards inside.
Is it safe having all of my cards consolidated onto one single Kard?
It is no different than losing your wallet. If you lose your Kard, depending on the cards you originally consolidated, anyone who may find and use it may be earning points for you!
How soon will I get my card following payment?
Your Kard will typically be sent via 1st class mail within 4 weeks.
What if I want to make a change to my existing Kard®?
If you have already purchased Your Kard®, we may be able to issue a new Kard to the same person at a discounted price. We are working on an option where you can edit your existing information for a new Kard. At this time however, you would need to enter your data just as you did when you ordered your first card.
