If you are entering your card data for a YourKard™ product and/or service, you hereby confirm and agree that:
i) You applied for, and were issued, your original card directly from the card issuer.
ii) You continue to be bound by the original cardholder's agreements.
Just1Card Inc. does not warranty or guarantee the YourKard™ will be accepted by other parties when presented at the point of sale.
